To help us resolve your query quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:
- The product / image version (shown in the banner, or run
.\CloudInfraSecure.ps1 verify). - The cloud and operating system (e.g. Azure, Windows Server 2025).
- The output of
.\CloudInfraSecure.ps1 verify— integrity, security score and drift. - The exact command you ran and any error message.
- Where relevant, the latest HTML report (
report -Format HTML) or the log underC:\ProgramData\Cloud Infrastructure Services\CloudInfra Secure\Logs\.
Review before sharing
Reports and logs include host names and configuration detail. Please review them and redact anything you consider sensitive before sending.
